The Fraser Valley Real Estate Board has provided a free upgrade to the pro-version of MLXchange to all real estate agents licensed with the board. The upgrade allows Fraser Valley real estate agents to setup their websites quickly (with or without a domain name) and allows for better lead generation and management.
The best part about the upgrade is that it will allow real estate agents to include MLS searches in their websites, and is free for them to use. The search page is framed into the site and works seamlessly. Although framing provides no SEO benefits, it does allow the real estate agents to setup their site and search page quickly and without any technical knowledge.
I have a custom site dedicated to real estate in the Fraser Valley area. This site allows visitors to save their searches, sign-up for email updates instantly based on those searches and to save an property in their favourites.
Visitors are able to anonymously search for real estate in the Fraser Valley region, or the surrounding areas. Their personal information is kept safe and will never be sold or shared with anyone, except with their consent and only for lawful reasons within the scope of doing real estate related business.
